So my ex who gave me herpes has got into a new relationship and i know he has not told her what he has, do you think i should warn her or stay out of it? All i know is i would have been very grateful if someone had warned me but i also dont want to come across as a bitter?

    I understand wanting to do the right thing but I would stay out of it because unfortunately you can tell someone and the won't believe you. It is too easy for him to make you look like the bad guy and not take responsibility. If you don't mind the possibility that either one of them could say you are the one with it and they don't have it and expose you.
